Upper Limb

A Roadmap-Based Manual Therapy System for Cervical–Upper Limb Dysfunction

Course Summary

This course provides a structured, practical system for treating upper-limb conditions through a clear clinical roadmap rather than isolated techniques. You’ll learn to palpate and analyze cervical–shoulder–arm connections, apply articulatory and muscular approaches in prone, seated, and side-lying positions, and perform HVLA techniques safely for the shoulder, elbow, hand, and cervicodorsal junction. Using the Unit Biomechanic Model, the course teaches you to identify dysfunctional vectors and address pain patterns at their true source rather than merely treating symptoms. Real clinical cases, such as acute cervical myofascial pain, illustrate diagnostic reasoning and treatment sequencing in action. This course is ideal for clinicians managing postural syndromes, cervicobrachial pain, shoulder restrictions, and complex upper-limb neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
